I cant be bothered posting any pictures. The pictures you guys are posting are unrealistic. These actresses have been touched up. Their bodies don't look they way you think they do.
My ideal body type? Not to big, not too small. Some meat on the bones is good, but not too much. Perhaps slightly more than average build.

His case is VERY interesting. He should have been dead MANY years ago having ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease).
I've known one person who had that disease and didn't last two years.
I read somewhere that Hawking has such an incredible mind and will to live, that it has kept him alive all of these years. I mean, NOBODY lives as long as he has with ALS that I know of.
Ryan Reynolds is incredibly hot!! Having said that I don't really prefer him in that pic, he's too chiseled, too hard and rigid looking or something, I can't quite explain it. I much prefer the body type of Daniel Craig a few pages back; muscly but still hug-able, more "beefy" than "chiseled" but still buff...Oh man, that pic of Ryan Reynolds...ohhhh yeah, he REALLY boils my potatoes.

I think it stems from how much i like to feel protected but I like a guy who looks like he could rip another person in half (build wise, not in a crazy way). They usually end up being really big teddy bears anyways.

Michael Clarke Duncan and Jared Padalecki ar 6"5 and Daniel Cudmore is 6"8. Although i think i was predispositioned to tall men. I didnt even know that a grown man could be under 6"0 until i was 7. Of course, now I know average is 5"9 but all the men in my family are over 6"1. it's just what im used to and what I like.
