    get this, http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe It installs into windows XP and allows you to right click pictures to resize them making it easy. Just thought I'd let you all know :) You may wanna sticky this guys
