i really want to use green tea to help me loose weight and i would drink it more if it was iced. Would it be bad to put sugar in with it?

I don't know how people in other states are feeling, but us Chicagoans are SUFFERING !! Allergy season has hit with a vengeance...and all are sneezing , coughing, and just plain miserable..... A nice rain would clean the air !!!!

The only valid excuse you have to give up is if you are dead. As long as you are alive (and healthy and free) you have the choice to keep trying until you finally succeed.:)

The best thing that you can do for your new born baby is feed him or her breast milk, as often as they are hungry, for 6 Months to a year or more if you can.
