what a weird night
so, last night, I went to my oldest sisters apartment
she is 28- eight years older than I am....she lives all of 25 minutes away from me... but i hadnt seen her in a year.... why, you may ask? hmm i ask why as well.. actually, i havent got a clue.. i mean, she is the black sheep of the family... i have had a LOT of drama with my parents this year, but that is pretty much buried so much i think they think it is over and done with... ughh i dread the day we reopen that can of worms... anyways, my oldest sis (who has even more drama with the 'rents.. and hasnt spoken to them in months) invited me and my other sis who is 25 over to dinner at her apartment.. she wouldnt have called and invited us though.. me and the other sister called her a few weeks ago to wish her happy 28th birthday...

so my oldest sis, Lisa, and her way-to-old-to-be-dating-my-28-year-old-sister boyfriend, and his 14 year old daughter... (hmm when did i step on the springfield set without knowing it ) and the "good sis" Jaime, who is 25, and Jaime's boyfriend (who is like my new brother) and me... and Lisa's friend she is taking care of (who is recovering from her nose and chin job....SIGH actors....) all 7 of us had dinner at Lisa's place.... it went okay, other than them not serving me a main course with the rice and crazy weird veggies..... her boyfriend is such a great cook she gloats and then he has to make fish.... blechh

so dinner went okay... the boyfriend left with his daughter who had to go to school the next day (she is graduating 8th grade i think) and lisa's nose job friend stays and we all hang out... of course, the conversation gets to the entertainment biz'' Jaime, the good sister is a casting director (but she works on casting voices only) and Lisa wants to act... she studies with Jeff Goldblum.. (ooh ahhhh... big freakin wow i say ) Lisa is braintorming about a clever cover letter-- she has this pretty good idea and runs it by us...she asks Jaime for help and guidance.. Jaime gives examples of stuff she remembered (a girl names Kat sent over Kit-Kats.. a guy names Jack snet Cracker Jacks)

of Course Lisa thinks these are dumb ideas and is sure she is going to make it-- okay, i have been acting since i was five (in community theater stuff mostly...) and i have seen a lot of ego's. i ve seen professionals and amateurs... working and non working actors with crazy egos and i think Lisa topped them all... she is convinced that once they see how amazing she reads, they will hire her.. oy... she's supposed to be the sensible sister... at least I have Jaime :)

so Lisa argues, and rolls her eyes like a little kid    and Jaime is sensible, makes a good arguement.. and me and Ja9me's boyfriend watch helplessly as the two bicker for quite a while

the room gets super tense-- lisa walks away in a huff and i think the night is over, but then they drop it and we change the subject... sheesh.... i dont know, i guess people in my family like to leave things unresolved... hence the whole thing with my parents... yeah, not talking about that right now tho... so then we are all buddy buddy again... but that is cuz lisa neglects us and for an hour, me Jaime and Jaime's boyfreiend are looking trough the best book we have ever seen...

OMG-- people. so cool!!! ill talk about the book later... this post is already too long...

so anyways, next week i am going to see Jaime and her boy's apartment, i havent seen it yet because ive been uber busy-- but i cant wait.. Jaime is like my best friend... except that she has no clue what im dealing with (with my parents and the church thing) i really come to her for a LOT of stuff... shes the first one i come to with any quetion or problem, but for some reason, the really serious stuff, i never seem to tell her... once you make a habit out of that, it is hard to break it... but i really am thinking about working on that... so yeah, i am going to visit them and we have to watch a chorus line, because Steve hasnt seen it, and i am going to make them crepes, because i make that bettre than anyone in the world (muahahahaha) yumm i havent made them in years....

I sorry :( I just trying to be honest ... some people are like that though ... just let things lie and don't bother picking up the peices until it's too late ... I have my moments of being like that too! I want to fix that but save that one for later!
