I finally quit smoking cigarettes. Yay for me.
Now just need to find a good exercise plan. Anyone know any good exercise plans? I don't have any weights or access to a gym. My swim team dry-land exercises are just not enough.
But I quit smoking. Yay!

You get a Triple-C triple thumbs up. :nice: :nice: :nice:
Your body will thank you for it in the long run.

My body is already thanking me. Couple packs a day of lucky strikes kills you. You stop doing it for a day or two, you already start to feel the difference, even if the cravings try to cover it up.

Those cravings are hitting me hard right now. I'm just glad that I don't own any other tobacco alternatives to smoke as an alternative.

I also realized that I'll be saving a few hundred a month by quitting. That's a lot of money.

Quit right now.
Throw away your cigarettes.
Or better yet, burn them right in the pack.

I'm the worst kind of person.
I quit quitting. Now nobody will like me, even single quitters, because nobody likes a quitter.

You smoked 2 1/2 packs a day?

Two packs a day.
Lucky strikes cost more around here than any of the filtered brands (except for those specialty brands that camel has).
