I always thought it sappy, to write your own vows. :p Rayney 10-10-2006, 10:46 AM Send me a picture from your wedding! Please? :D Anything wedding I get all weepy and girly. Its strange. Bear Stories 10-10-2006, 12:02 PM I've just got to ask; "sookie la la"? Is that Down Under-speak for mush-head romantic? (If it is, it's adorable, and may I steal it?) And can I use it as a verb? "I completely sookie la la'ed over Becki's new baby."? twinkles 10-10-2006, 12:14 PM I'm worse. We're not even talking about marriage, but ever since I'm 26, I've hit the sappy stage, yearning for children, pets, a house with a garden, all of these very unlike myself (rather egocentric b!tch, living alone, my own little studio, if ya know what I mean). I feel like cutting up an arm, only to feel normal again. Rayney 10-10-2006, 07:26 PM I've just got to ask; "sookie la la"? Is that Down Under-speak for mush-head romantic? Well sook is to have a bit of a sulk, but in the case of "sookie la la" its not a bad sook...basically a cute sulk! Its generally not used in a nasty way here...you generaly say it about yourself when youre being a bit of a baby. You could use it like - "Beckis baby made me act like all sookie la la" But if no one else inthe Americas knows what it means, use it anyway you want! :D Bear Stories 10-10-2006, 07:29 PM :D :nice: |
