Beef sausage with eggs in cheese and traditional arabic spices. Well, it's not really beef sausage. It's this crazy mix of meats that they use for this dish. It's so good. Best breakfast ever. Had that last night. Now onto some beef Italian sausage with fried onions and green peppers, topped with a home made tomato sauce.

For dinner, I want to do some steak, to break the fast of Ramadan (I kind of had to adjust my schedule for following the fast due to my medication). I am trying to figure out how to do that sauce where I use mushrooms, but I can't think how to do it. I'll figure something out.
