I remember an old guy in Australia having this proceedure done back in the day...I believe his was the inflatable kind (you squeeze the apricots to pump it up) but other than having a stiffy anytime and for as long as he wanted there was no sensation left in the tool.

I can't imagine having that done. The way the article makes it sound, he had more of a car crank than a penis. And if it no longer had any sensation what good was it to get the implant anyway..could have bought himself a strap on and got the same benefits.
