Jay Sekulow Live!
Tune in as we continue discussing the case out of San Diego involving a federal court's ruling that the city must remove the cross on Mount Soledad. The cross is a war memorial to soldiers of war and has stood on the hill since the early 1900s. We will discuss the ACLU's role in this case, as well as the steps we are taking at the ACLJ to STOP this frivolous and damaging ruling. Please watch ... and visit our website to voice your opinion on the following question:

Should San Diego appeal the court order to remove the cross at Mt. Soledad?

Tune in to Jay Sekulow Live! for the latest information on this case and for updates on other pivotal cases and issues. Visit www.aclj.org to find station information and times.

It takes a special kind of disrespect and stupidity to do such a thing. The people responsible should burn in hell. ... that's just my though on the matter.

Jay Sekulow is a great lawyer, but the ACLJ has failed to counteract the pernicious agenda of the ACLU so I really am not too interested anymore.

24% of the country is for their agenda, and its growing daily.
If they won everything they wanted to win, our countries name
would be changed to russia, then we would be took over by
the taliban.

Yes I think he is a great lawyer too, and he is successful
at a majority of cases against the aclu. We are getting
ready to pass a law that will no longer pay the aclu if they
win a case against the USA.
