I've seen this "fad" reported on before. It's hardly limited to France too, sadly. It's reportedly a big problem in Britain, and is happening here in the US too.

The way to combat it is simple. Loosen the laws restricting REASONABLE self-defense. If you're allowed to hit back without fear of jail or lawsuit, it'll cut it WAY back.

There's not much arguing about that either. This is happening because these kids are out of control & there's no consequences for their actions.

This it what happens when kids are raised with no discipline and not held accountable for their actions starting at early ages. I’m sure lack of religion and the resulting lack of instilled morals play into it as well. They should be located and handed the asswhipping of a life time.
