I had yet another soccer game today, but this time IN THE RAIN! While this helped keep us cool, HUGE puddles formed on the field and would slow the ball down, which kind of sucked. We lost, probably 23890570897584765895 to 2 (I lost count), but I had a blast anyway.

I got into a debate with my dad earlier, and realized how screwed up his point of view really is. I watched this video about how 9/11 might have been a plot by the government, and he started saying what HE though, which was that we let it happen so that Bush would have more back up to go to war with Iraq.

I'm not saying that he's right, but he thinks so....and he's OKAY with this. He says that it sucked that people died, but he doesn't seem to really CARE. I tried asking him, "What if mom was in there?" (I was originally going to say "me or mom", but I don't really want to know the answer to that), but he ignored me.

Friggen communist. :rolleyes:

Anyway....enough about him. IT'S ALMOST MY BIRTHDAY! And this year, I actually get to go bowling or something (we're usually tight on money, so I don't get to have any kind of special party--just cake, a couple presents, and a few friends can spend the night)! I was also looking at Fun Depot, but that rounds up to about $100 and is probably pushing it.

And I actually know some people to invite this year! I'm not exactly the world's best people-person , so I was trying to set myself up for a two-girl party (me 'n Jess). BUT, when soccer started I met these two really cool chicks (Hannah and Lauren), and so I'ma invite them.
