I was watching the Connecticut legislature in action on TV. It is great to see what they are up to, but it was like watching an episode of the Twilight Zone. A Democrat lawyer was pushing a bill to encourage police to go after underage drinking in private residences. A Republican asked the guy if he could be more specific on the rules and other details but the Democrat's response was that the "jury will decide."
