I have been watching FoxNews alot lately. I am finding that it is interesting to see how they operate. Their right-wing tactics are calculating. They do not report news, the promote propaganda. The people of this country of ours better wake up and smell the coffee and do something about our President and his henchmen.
But you know that is not going to happen. This isn't the same America that pulled together during depression and war and had faith in their President, Franklin Roosevelt. Everything that men fought and died for, everything people suffered for, gone.
It's Bush's fault. He did this. Right? Wrong. The people who voted for him are the one's responsible. People who profess their love for Jesus, yet condemn liberalism as if it were a sin. They are so ignorant that they forgot that Jesus was a liberal, in every sense of the word. Hopefully they do remember four words from the book of Genesis: Let there be light.
In time, the light will shine on the faces of those who have distorted the truth, and I hope it blinds them. It will expose the FoxNews for what it is, a Neo-Con propaganda machine, which, by the way, currently leads the news ratings with 70% of the viewership. We have lost the media, it was the first step in leading this country into the throws of fascism. God help us.
But don't ever use that F-word with the likes of Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly, two of the many upstanding fair and balanced American Nazis at FoxNews. You'll be ripped apart by thir bullying tactics and made to look like an anti-semetic pot smoking hippie that wants to "surrender to the terrorists".
Their scare tactics are obvious, but the people who watch them don't see it. Are they so ignorant to think that someday the "Terror Threat" will ever be at Blue? Are these right wing bible thumpers that stupid? Yes, they are.
Yesterday, I tuned in to the Fox Morning Show and I have never been so insulted in my life. I realized that I was watching three college educated people acting like they just fell of the cabbage truck. They reminded me of the "skeptical protector of the consumer" on an infomercial. "Don't worry folks, I won't let this guy sell that cheap piece of crap chicken machine to you. It's nothing more than a oversized toaster over." And then the taste test. He eats a piece and nearly has an orgasm. Sold!
It is a ridiculous analogy, I know, but it hits the nail on the head. But in this case, you weren't suckered into buying a chicken cooker, you bought a pack of lies, and you will never stop paying for it.
God help us.
