Well, O got allergy tested on Tuesday (it was NOT pleasent at all :P ). I'm allergic to...everything. :eek3:

Seriously. I'm allergic to trees, grass, weeds, dust mites, cats, horses, hamsters and feathers. A little bit of everything. My mom got me some anti-allergenic pillows (they're made so that dust mites can't live in them), washed my bedding and we're going to keep my kitty out of my room. I was perscribed an inhaler for my wheezing (I should use it about 15 minutes before soccer practice and games), and some singular to go along with my Zyrtec.

Stacey and her litter girl have been sick, so my mom hasn't discussed the whole baby thing with her again yet. I think I'm letting myself get to excited; my mom seldom even mentions it, meanwhile I'm looking through the I-Wanna for cribs and toys and going through baby names. I'm not sure if I should try and stop or let myself get excited; while there is a HUGE possibility that this whole thing will happen, if it doesn't I'm going to be crushed if I let myself get too excited.

I haven't posted about Gunnar in here, mostly because he comes to this site now. But he hasn't found this yet, so what the hell. Even if he does, it's not going to kill him to read it. :p

He's a total sweetheart. We talk whenever we get the chance (which is often), but there are never any awkward silences. He likes to talk a lot, like me, and he worries a lot, like me.

I'm a very lucky girl. :D :D :D :D :D

When I had allergy tests done they pretty much turned out similar to yours - one extremely huge laundry list of just about everything.

The solutions you've come up with so far sound good. The rest of what you'll need to keep at minimum exposure will come through careful observation. If you go solely on the results you'd end up being a homebound hermit which, of course, is unrealistic.

The doctor suggested they just put me in a giant bubble. :p

The Zyrtec was keeping my allergies pretty much under control, so with taking that AND singular, I shouldn't have to change my lifestyle too much. All that was suggested is not letting the kitty sleep in my bed and getting the pillows. :)

My guess is you are getting a bit overexcited. It's totally understandable, but if your parents pick up on it, that might inadvertently put some sort of pressure on them.

Vent the excitement here, and try not to let it show too much on the outside, if you can. Take your cues from your parents at this point - in other words, observe carefully, and match your enthusiasm level to theirs in terms of acceptance and such. It seems to me they are still absorbing the idea of this become a reality.
