OMG! What can I say? RWZ is the man! In an effort to reanimate the classic song Hey Joe, Snouter requested the drumming help of RWZ and the dude came through big time. :nice:
Now I hope I don't mess it up with my vocal attempts. :(

RWZ, any advice as far as processing the drum tracks? I basically left them in the raw state.

Having a lot of fun doing a number of rehearsals so far. Still trying to adjust the PODxt Live to transition from the clean setting to the overdriven solo setting smoothly by pressing the stomp button on the POD. And considering trying come up with a solo instead of the usual on the fly improv.

That is one of the problems with amp modelers... they dont transition between models very well.
I know with my V-amp if I keep the cabinet and amp models the same and just change the effect on a patch it helps ,but it still is not as good as using a real amp with a stomp box.
There is always punchin' in.

Hopefully, I will have it done this week. I have the Guitarmageddon thing Tuesday night so I have to try to practice for that a couple times.

Here is one version. It is just 1 bass track and 1 guitar track along with RWZ's drums. And I had to put some vocals on there, tried to coordinate the call and response using different mic settings.

I made a point of play just one guitar track in one take so I managed to get the settings in decent shape on the PODxt Live. I used the 1964 Fender Deluxe Reverb model (a favorite amp for blues players) which they call Blackface Lux up until the solo at which time I pressed the stomp button to change it to the model of a 1968 Marshall Super Lead combined with a Variable AC Transformer (an Eddie Van Halen favorite) which with they call the Plexi Variac. I used the Plexi Variac model from the solo to the end with a little wah wah at the solo and at the outro.

And here is the YOU TUBE version. This is just me playing along with RWZ's drums, and my bass track and vocal attempt which were broadcast out the speakers and recorded on the video cam's built-in mics. This allowed me to do the guitar track live and just improv the fills and solo.
