I used to watch Night Stalker...
Between the funny stuff that went on at the newpaper headquarters between himself and Tony his boss and the unusual things he had to do get the killers, that was a very entertaining show. My favorite was the one in which he had to kill the zombie by going into the deserted automobile boneyard, find the hurse, put salt in the sleeping zombie's mouth, then sew it shut. It was pretty scary when the zombie woke up before he could get out of there. :p

Of course it all stretched the limits of credibility. If it were a real news agency his boss would have fired him the first day.
