The first of two ads, which are being tested in Minnesota, was rejected by St. Paul station KSTP because it criticizes the mainstream media. It includes Staff Sgt. Marcellus Wilks of Iowa, Capt. Mark Weber of Iowa and Lt. Col. Bob Stephenson of Minnesota.

They refused the ad after the group refused to remove the references to the media.

That is the kind of censorship that should be avoided. They are censoring these people based on their beliefs, not for anything else.

Cowards.

Should this ad run as is? Or does the media have a right to not be criticized?

Shouldn't the company be allowed to decide for themselves what ads they run and which they deny? Who cares about their reasons? They're not on public radio, after all.
