Yesterday when I attempted to get on DA, first it would take forever to get to the forum listings. All the forums would be locked though. Occasionaly I could access one or two topics, but rarely. Typically if I tried to access a topic of forum I would get a 'Serve to busy, try again later' Screen.

What was with that??
