I miss the old DA.

Back then I had my cousin on the boards. When we'd argue, we'd say "let's take it to DA then!"

There was the drama with PowerBoss, then the Phora guys, and then the Stormfront guys.

I was a DL for the sports forum.

20cent used to come on the boards, as well as Kreator, Baboon, and Resident Rice, Scott all in the sports forum.

There was always good debates.

Criminal held the History forum down, while TheGreatMonkey did video games. Zach was everywhere and was an insomniac on AIM.

There were tons of hot chicks. Rea and Buttercup come to mind but Diavolo and many others. So much so that we were going to have a calendar of them.

Dotcom was here and cool to talk to aswell as turtle_o. She is so smart and good with chemistry!

Spab was a cool character and posted like crazy.

robb sneak was even funnier! the stuff of legend.

I was there for the "Booya gotcha all in check thread."

Justin was freakin' smart and always cool to talk to.

Princess was cool as crap and I liked her a lot even though I really didn't know her.

Snouter was a smart guy to talk to.

And although he was a criminal, Qrt horseman was a cool cat on the net.

Seeker's poetry is something I always look forward to reading.

The nostalgia keeps me posting in my journal, but this site has passed me up.
*sigh*:nonono:

We all feel nostalgic. I remember the kick-ass political debates we had due to the election. Those were fun and cool. Some of us (including myself) had sophomoric (read "know-it-all *******") attitudes. But the debates were fun and I for one learned a lot. I've made a lot of friends, lost quite a few, and now I that I am in college, it seems that this site is something that I cannot connect with so well anymore. I think like so many things, we don't expect things to change, and then it seems like it's too late, everything has snuck on by, and we can either run to catch up, or let it go by and hope the course loops back.

Shogun is right. :hmm:

Yeah, I'd have to agree.

It was a lot more fun here back in the day.

Still though, there are some interesting folks posting here.

Anyone know how Rudy's making out?

Rudy was at Freson City College for Basket Ball. It's been two years and I think he should be done. I can't tell you for sure, but that guy was funny.

You could check at JustBBall.com and see if you find him there. He's always there, and I think he was a discussion leader/mod.

Who knows, really. Anybody's guess.:hmm:
