Sulla the Dictator 02-05-2006, 07:19 PM To set off inevitable reaction, which can then justify another reaction? So these riots are an 'inevitable reaction' to a cartoon? Myrddin 02-05-2006, 07:35 PM The cartoons are just a trigger, the tensions already existed. Stigger 02-05-2006, 08:21 PM doesnt matter if its planned or not, its happy hour for everybody that wants conflict. People love being able to say "I told you so". All of this has been foreseen, I think most people are just suprised that it is starting so soon. Pappy&Me 02-06-2006, 12:28 AM This cartoon is the best thing that could have happened . it makes all the liberal defenders of islam look like terrorist themselves . This will bring the war to a head one way or the other. At least it will soon be over . thumper 02-06-2006, 12:56 AM The cartoons are just a trigger, the tensions already existed.did you just acknowledge a political reality there, Mrd? http://smiliesftw.com/!/hsugh.gif Myrddin 02-06-2006, 06:01 AM did you just acknowledge a political reality there, Mrd? http://smiliesftw.com/%21/hsugh.gif I know this didn't happen just because of a few cartoons. This is the 4th turning in the generational cycle so it's going to get a lot worse. DngrMse 02-06-2006, 03:13 PM A plant? They were printed back in September. Look no further then the Syrian government stirring up sh*t in Syria and Lebanon. It's the same story as always: Keep the peoples anger directed away from the real problems The Danish Imams that ran off the pamphlet that was distributed in the ME added thirty additional cartoons of their own making to get the muslims back home properly riled up. The ones originally published in the paper were all pretty mild, so they ginned up a few that were sure to piss people off. Just to be sure they all got really pissed, there were also some cell phone text messages circulating, claiming that Danes planned on holding a mass koran burning in Copenhagen. Source of these rumors....Danish Imams, again. http://michellemalkin.com/archives/004465.htm http://www.mudvillegazette.com/archives/004136.html oki 02-06-2006, 05:15 PM This cartoon is the best thing that could have happened . it makes all the liberal defenders of islam look like terrorist themselves .
