So I came into my Fiddler on the Roof Auditions trying to get cast as Golde, but now I think they might be looking at me more for Golde-- then again, you never know what the heck those crazy directors are looking for. This morning I had callbacks-- I read for Golde and Yente and was actually really good as Yente today-- I think I got more laughs than anyone--except maybe this girl Julie who will either get Yente or Golde i think... so-- .... anyways, tonight are sing offs... they give us stuff to sing and we compete or something... I am scared ****less... but hopefully it will go well.. or awesome even. I actually did really well at vocal auditions other than the crazy paino lady playing my song at the speed of light... but what can you do, right? WELLLLLL--- this is going to be a long night... My sing-offs are from 4:45 to maybe 7:30--- As they say in A chorus line, "I really need this job. Please God I need this job. I've got to get this show." I need to do a musical. Last night I saw hello dolly at my old high school and I was worried I'd spontaneously jump onstage and dane with them.. okay Im not that nuts... but man, I am getting close...
