NAIROBI (Reuters) - The United States welcomed on Monday an agreement by Somalia's leaders to try and end a rift in the anarchic African nation it failed to pacify in the 1990s.

Raising hopes of an end to a feud that has paralyzed the 14th attempt to restore government in Somalia since 1991, factions led by Somalia's president and parliament speaker agreed last week to convene the legislature within 30 days.

If that happens, it would be a first for the fledgling Somali government since returning home in mid-2005 after formation in the relative security of neighboring Kenya.

Somalia will always be under religiou dictatorship . It's a shame how those poor ignorant people have to suffer . I saw a picture on web site coule years ago from there that make me feel horrible . It was a pile of chopped up body parts of villiager's at least 6 feet high . I didn't know it was comming up or I never would have looked .

It's not just blacks who rape babies , it's all groups and intelectual levels. Alot of the scum who buy these children from kid smuggling prostitution rings are white rich men . So all races have some of these freaks . But the danger comes when it's advertised and accepted in modern nations , like with NAMBLA and the research with white lesbos and infants [ Kinseys Report ].

Difference is that when a white rapes a baby, the other whites are sickened and call for his slow and painful death. For black Africans, it's business as usual.
