So I clicked on a link that ended in .wmf. I knew I shouldn't have, but I did. It sent me to a website to open it in another program. Then it opened what looked like a Windows command window, but not the same colors.

My friend said that it's some sort of Windows exploit. I'm running virus scan now.

Help.

It's an unpatched vulnerability in Windows. F-Secure (http://www.f-secure.com/weblog/) has a lot of information on this, and their scanner is capable of detecting infected files; not sure about other antivirus firms' products.
