Finished my last class in the History of CA class I was taking. Finito. Done. Completed.
Don't give a **** what grade I got, either. Never have, never will. I care more about what I learn than how well I do on tests.
I'm on-call at VU Games, which means I have a good deal of time to myself. My supervisor said it shouldn't last more than a couple weeks, and he wants to get me on an app as soon as possible, so that's good. In the meantime, I'm hyping my massage business and pushing for my friends to either pay me for massages, or tell their friends to pay me for massages.
So far this week it looks like I'll be making as much or more than I would be at VUG. So that's good. Yay me.
And just as a plug, if any of you L.A. natives want to help keep the Monster off of the Welfare, contact me if you're interested in a professional massage. I'm available late nights (as in 10 p.m. to daybreak), and some days during the week. Weekends only if you pay me lots of money.
Life in general is pretty good. I've been dating this one girl since early October, and it looks like it's going to become something serious....soonish. I dunno, I'm taking it REALLY slow with this one, so I don't know when I'll be ready to take that next step.
My friends are coming back into town from colleges, and some may be coming to L.A. to visit (I hope I hope I hope), so that'll be cool. I like my friends.
My folks are back from Hawai'i, so I'll be finishing up my move over the next few days and by the weekend I'll be fully moved in to the apartment in Torrance--the apartment I should have been moved into at the beginning of the month. Finally. Oh, quick funny bit of dialogue:
Me: So, being that we're four computer gamer nerds, when are we going to be getting one of those robotic vaccum cleaners?
Ark: Oh, Blake's already looking into it.
:p It's gonna be fun.
My cousin's going to become a father sometime in January, so my mom's side of the family is all coming in at various points during the month. I love my family, so I can't wait to see them. :)
:shrug: I don't know what else to update with, so that's it for now.
