I want to get a game.
help me.
I dont like shooters, I want the most stunning graphics, and it shouldnt stress m out. sort of one of those fantasy- adventure like games, I guess. but I do want a little action, or Ill fall asleep.
what should I get?

There is a free Spongebob game with Cheerios! I played it today; it's fun!! :D But you're in Europe, so you might not be able to get it. :(

Grand Theft Auto San Andreas = most entertaining game ever.

San Andreas is great, but like most GTA games I've found that I stop playing long before I finish the game. Of course, it depends on personal attention span.
Lately I've been enjoying City Of Villians. I find it's a good MMORPG you can play as an individual or with a team.

Prince of Persia, any of them

OK two games come to mind. The first does NOT have "stunning graphics" but it is an interesting new gameplay (compared to any other game) and is pretty fun with great music. Every person I've introduced to this game has become somewhat addicted. It's called Katamari Damacy. The sequel just came out, "We <3 Katamari", and both are pretty freaking cool.

Normally I would suggest various forms of Final Fantasy but it seems you want something a little less strategy oriented. I'm still going to suggest something "Final Fantasy" though. Kingdom Hearts. If you haven't played it, you really should. Yes, it's based on Disney characters (and Nightmare Before Christmas) but I have to say the story is good, the graphics are pretty damn good and running around in various movie areas (like having to shrink and grow bigger in the Alice in Wonderland forest and at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party). It's got a little strategy (you still have to pay attention to gear, and you can use various elemental spells) but it's not so deep into it that you can't just sit back, have fun, and attack things violently with your keyblade.

Kingdom Hearts also has cartoony graphics, and call me crazy but he might not enjoy playing as Disney characters.

If you're looking for a fun game with good graphics, try City of Heroes or City of Villains.

Also, Black & White 2 recently came out, which is supposed to have stunning graphics if your computer can support it. The Sims 2 boasts similar achievements.

For a game that's nothing but mindless destruction, you can get Hulk: Ultimate Destruction for the PS2 or XBox. Fully smash-able environment. Very fun and totally thoughtless. :)

And there's always World of Warcraft, Civilization IV, Elder Scrolls IV, any Star Wars game, and really a ton of other new or recent games that you can look into as well.

monster, I did play one of those new starwars games, and that looked amazing.

is that second myst game any good? or is it boring? I saw it real cheap.

the best are the old ones... the good old beat'emup arcade style!! final fight series, double dragon, all comic based /punisher etc.../, dungeons and dragon series. capcom rules...
the newer games are mostly 100% cool graphics and zero fun.

Speaking of that, every once in a while I go back and play Baulder's Gate: Dark Alliance. It's older but overall a great game.

Oki, try Rome:Total War. It's a strategy game with pretty good graphics.

I'm still working on the expansion pack, though, so I can't say anything more about it other than it's a lot of fun if you like the EE series and RTS games in general.

the other day I followed your advice and downloaded the demo. but then I started it and it started loading for a freaking 20 minutes, and I ha dto go to work, so turned everything off.
got home again, and started teh game again, it starts updating files. after 15 minutes or so, I gave up, and uninstalled.

is that normal? it did look pretty cool, the pics on the site. but Im not so sure, like apfel said, if its smart for me to get into one of these online endless fantasy games...:|

It's probably just patching to the latest version is all. :shrug:

hmm... Ill give it another shot later then, when Im more patient. :)
