It sounds good too. igofast 12-02-2005, 07:51 PM once you've created your station you can add more songs and bands that you like by clicking on the station name and selecting "add more music." This thing is very good at selecting music I like once I put in a few bands. Katalina 12-02-2005, 07:53 PM yeah I just figured that out, do you know you can minimize it too? Katalina 12-02-2005, 08:07 PM Jed, this is better than hoho's! good job. igofast 12-02-2005, 08:09 PM You can thank the girl I'm who's pants I'm trying to get in to. :p Katalina 12-02-2005, 08:11 PM thank you pants of girl that Jed wants into. :p igofast 12-02-2005, 08:43 PM They're playing Cowpunk's band. :| Katalina 12-02-2005, 08:47 PM neat.. my dad likes Cowpunk's band. :| Myrddin 12-02-2005, 09:00 PM Wow, quite a good idea. Whats CP's band called? I want to see if I like that type of music. igofast 12-02-2005, 09:02 PM He doesn't want anyone to know. Myrddin 12-02-2005, 09:11 PM He doesn't want anyone to know. Great advertising idea :| :blas: Shadoglare 12-02-2005, 11:56 PM *sigh* broadband only.... :( Snouter 12-03-2005, 03:32 PM Interesting. I tested it with some easy bands and it delivers what would be expected. The sound quality is high; seems like at least 128 KBPS. No back button. :( TheAmber 12-06-2005, 08:37 AM I have to say I'm a huge musical elitist in more situations than I should be, and I love pandora. It's not free forever, you know. But I'm a subscriber and it's completey worth it. Every once in a while you get a bad egg in there, but for the most part the songs they pick are great. The two radio stations that sold me on it were my "Rilo Kiley" station and my "Sublime" station. Although Sublime took a lot of work to root out some of the more standard traditional Jamaican ska (it didn't fit the mood), it's been tweaked and is now one of my favorite stations. igofast 12-06-2005, 01:21 PM It's not free forever, you know. I think it is: Q: How much does it cost? Pandora is available in two forms. Both versions have exactly the same features. The first form is an advertising-supported version which is entirely free. Over time we'll be incorporating ads into this version of Pandora. For those who want to steer clear of advertising, subscriptions are available in two different flavors: ANNUAL: 12 months of unlimited use for $36 QUARTERLY: 3 months of unlimited use for $12 |
