I assume you are using Firefox. Version 3.5 of vBulletin occasionally exhibits some weird behaviour in Firefox with icons showing up in all kinds of weird places.

Yup. It sucks. I haven't found a solution for the problem on my forum. It doesn't happen every time, but more than enough to be a nuisance for any dedicated Firefox user.
