Doesn't matter either way, he is the best heavy metal guitarist of all time.

Good, however after Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Hardly, maybe one of the best. Of course you can't even start comparing him to Hendrix, Beck and Page in any way at all, but then again, I wouldn't limit them to the name "heavy metal guitarist" either.
I'm not even sure that he's quite as good as Ritchie Blackmore, Slash, EVH, Brian May, or even in many ways, Angus Young.

Then again, considering his disability especially, he's GREAT!!

Sabbath was years ahead of their time. I am glad they are getting the recognition they deserve.:nice:

The inducted people are:

Black Sabbath- Definately deserve it for their first five albums at least.

Lynyrd Skynyrd- It's about f#ckin' time, but better later than never, at least 2 original members are still alive.

Miles Davis- About f#ckin' time, what were they even thinking?

Sex Pistols- As a profesional musician I may not be happy, however as a music fan I am, say what you want but they ROCKED!!!! And there are worse people that are already inducted, so they are a decent choice overall.

Blondie- Ahhh, poor choice, but I can live with that since they still had a few very good songs.

Now where the f#ck are Paul Butterfield, Dave Clark 5, John Mellencamp and Cat Stevens?
