I actually just thought of it out of the blue yesterday and then did a Google search and apparently the term has been out for a while. I have not looked at the sites since I have my definition and don't want it adulterated.
What is your definition of a Neo-Lib?

It's a person who wants free markets, with absolutely no government intervention. If anything stands in the way of profit, then it is bad. The "liberal" in the name refers to liberalised markets.

A neo-liberal is someone like Ronald Reagan. Basically a classical liberal who believes in free markets, property rights and individual rights unlike the counter culture liberals who believe in the state running your life, taking half your income to spend or redistribute as they see fit, collective "rights" for special groups like gays and minorities while individual rights are trampled on, no respect for basic property rights, using the state to force you to adhere to their agenda, etc.

any ideas?
Is there some way to make the Smilies transferable to Post Icons, or to maybe make the Post Icons list customizable?
rubicon, would Reagan be better classified as a paleo-liberal then? I was thinking that a neo-lib was more of the counter Western culture variety.

this is pretty off-topic... but that's what I don't get about hippies. they're supposed to be counter-culture types, and yet the agenda they're pushing is to make the government control all spending decisions in the country
i thought revolutionaries weren't supposed to be authoritarian.
