Æ they raised the level cap to 60, you can scale walls/mountains now, Whole new home city, They added PvP, you can fight mobs in the town, get magic carpets for mounts and lots of new content.

Also, aside from the expansion pack, they changed tradeskills in eq2 so that all the classes can make their own components :nice: So you don't have to have a slave woodworker or a slave alky to make ink/quills for your scholar :nice:

I’m hoping to log on tonight to get my last damn 20% to hit 47.

Oh and Æ Gyp is right, it’s much easier to lvl now even at higher levels. I usually get a lvl in a week. Sometimes less depending on vit.

And on HQ’s like that, yes the sale on merch are very good. Some of the lower HQ’s will give you 20g, the higher ones like Journeyman’s boots will get you 60g.

I am still 44, but you don't have to be 45 to go there. It's "designed for players between levels 45 and 60" LS is "designed" for levels 44+ but I've been hunting there since high 30s :p A level 10 could go there if they wanted to just look around, they ain't killing anything though :p

Meh we'll see. You also have to take resists into consideration. The higher my resist the less dmg I'll take if any at all. If it's 900 of cold dmg, you won't hit me. I have over 1200 cold resist, plus wards.

If my resists are nerfed so will your casts, so it's still comparable. If your highest heat dmg is 950hp, you might hit me but it'll be absorbed by my ward. Plus, whatever amount doesn't get resisted will get mitigated by the ward which means that 950hp spell you just through at me might hit me for 100hp.
