I really want that fifth book to come out. I figured maybe I'd reread the whole series and it would be out by the time I got done, being a busy college student with no time for reading. So I suddenly stop having work, finish the books in a week and a half, and it's *still* not out. Sigh.

hogwarts seems like a scary place every once and a while...the ghosts would freak me out...but still....that would rock to go there :)

Bad news - it won't be out 'til 2003.

Darn slow-writing Scots.

Naaaah, the movie's crap - the acting's terrible.

But the books are bloody good stories.

Well...I'm gonna have to say - the movie wasn't as good as the book, and that book was by far the worst of the four, in my opinion. So, while I did like the movie, I wouldn't say it was the best movie I've seen (this year, even). I've seen LOTR 4 times, and Harry Potter once (though I probably will rent it once it comes out, and I can pretty much guarantee my parents will buy me the DVD sooner or later, because they're like that)...I dunno, it's good, but not the best. And Harry Potter is *nothing* like I'd imagined him from the books, which I don't like so much.

I thought that the movie was quite good, but movies are never as good as the book.

Ya know, the movie skipped the first part of the book that explained why harry was being to sent to live with his parents. I sat there for about a half hour going "WTF?" I can't wait to see the second movie on film.

You mean his Aunt and Uncle right.;)

And actually they did go by the book, at the beginning Dumbledore tells of the tragic event to McGonagall as they leave him on the doorstep.

I just won a coloring book and poster book. Don't even have to pay shipping and handling, and I really couldn't care less if they send me junk mail to my school address...might actually be kinda nice.
