yeah, that was one of the only episodes I saw, but it was nuts. He picked a random volunteer out of the crowd and made her levitate.

i never witnessed any harry houdini magic, but a Historian they had on the show said what Criss Angel does involves infinitely more risk (safety-wise)....anybody see the show last night?

I would like to see him levitate random people at a publicized time so people with video cameras can confirm it. When he levitates himself he has one foot on the ground for some reason. :confused:

Did anyone see his most recent show? He seems to have put that other street magician out of business. Sure anything is possible with trick photography and secret helpers. Does anyone think he is really, you know, a mind freak. :confused:

I do not think he is a mind freak. I've seen monks levitate with my own two eyes and it took them 80 years of meditation practice to achieve that. I doubt that some 30-ish goth kid managed to pull it off. I think he's just an illusionist.

If you do not have pics of the levitating monks, what was the nature of their levitation; standing, lying down, etc.?

He is an entertaining performer, no more no less. I still prefer david blaine though. He is a better showman without going overboard like chris angel does. THe show is something I will watch if theres nothing else better on, but not so interesting as to make me watch it religiously.

yeah, i doubt this dude for sure. entertaining show though.

Snouter, if you watch the footage closely, if I recall correctly, you will see that almost everytime he levitates, he is standing just in front of a bush, or some other structure. I have no idea how he creates this illusion, but it the bush seems to be a required prop.

What channel is this on and when?
