If your car is a stick and you have stock gears...when you drive around city roads that are limited to 35MPH to 40MPH what gear do you drive in and what RPM is your car usually at?

Unrepresented 05-04-2002, 01:01 AM 3rd gear. ~1700 RPM's or so. I usually shift up to 4th at around 40-45, and usually shift at around 2K -2.3K RPM's I've still got 2.73's in there. Justin RedLine99 05-04-2002, 01:18 AM I'd say with my 6 I'm at about 2-2300 in 3rd and about 1500 in 4th with the stock 3.27's at around 35-40mph. 4th has gotten really long since I put on the duals.:D |
