I, personally, have played all of the GTA games and was never offended once, but now there's a huge controversy surrounding the new 'GTA: San Andreas'. So which way do you go? Are you against the Grand Theft Auto games now that this stuff is out? Were you against it before? Do you not care in the slightest? I'm against banning it, but I'd like to see stores try harder to keep unappropriate games out of young hands. What's your stand on the subject?

i think its all incredibly stupid. I heard Hillary raging on about it and Bought the game Just to spite Hillary (whom i cant stand anyway). Its a Great game, and the nudity IS NOT included in the game unless you download a patch that the patch maker no longer makes available (voluntary action in support of rockstar). The whole thing is stupid though. Make a game that you can steal cars, kill cops, pick up prostitutes, and cause mayhem.... thats ok. But if some animated boobs get seen ALL hell breaks loose. Now it seems like we are focusing on the wrong ideals. If you are gonna hate the game, hate it for what it is, and not the nudity contained in it. What they seem to be saying is.... Its ok for our kids to learn how to kill cops.. But its NOT ok for kids to see sex, and That bothers me. I make a living off the media and sometimes i am ashamed to be apart of it. Its a game people... you dont have to play it. The box is clearly marked.. if you dont like it, dont buy it. Video games and tv never killed anyone. Stupid kids and bad Parents do. The ESRB is a good thing, But banning things is going to far. People need to take responibility for they children and what they purchase for them. Dont ruin it for the rest of us by banning things outright, thats not the way america should be.

It is really pathetic that because there is some animated sex in this game, all hell breaks loose. I have owned every GTA game since the original and I think killing cops is probably a worst thing than if Carl gets his johnson off in some ho. But then again, this is America where the majority claim to be moral and uptight but then the sex industry makes trillions and trillions of dollars. Hypocritals all of them.

I never played a GTA game until SA. Which I loved. I am from South Central Los Angeles, and I am female. I lived there at the time the game is based on. So if anyone should be offended, it should be me. Esp. since women in the game are not treated all that well. I think the controversy is ridiculous. I think these games are works of art and trying to interfere with their marketing is censorship. I think they should refocus their efforts on trying to get parents to become more informed and involved in the choices they make about what kind of art/entertainment they allow their children access to, and also how they frame that art in the child's mind before allowing them that access. I'd let a kid play GTA:SA, but only with a long speech about why the streets look the way they do in that game, so they they can understand the historical and sociopolitical context that brought such a game about. It's only lack of perspective that makes things offensive.

I managed to find it at a local EB Games. They didn't have it on the shelf, I had to ask for it and show ID, then they gave it to me.

Its simple this game is nothing new lets not forget that sleeping with a hooker can refresh your heath and thats been around sence GTA3. the problem is not with the game its with the parents caving in to thier dam rugrats and giving them what ever they want to shut them up. THIS GAME IS FOR THE OLDER GAME PLAYERS AND IF YOUR DAM KID GOT A HOLD OF THE GAME AND YOU WERE OFFENDED ITS YOUR FAULT PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR CHILD IS DOING!!!! I am so tired of this kick ass games getting a bad rap because some dam socer mom (or dad) rather take the easy road rather that raise thier dam kid right
