Ok, here's my review of the Live show I saw on Saturday...

Now, I have been seeing them for over 10 years - and always thought or hoped rather, that they knew who I was. Now I know they do!! :D

I was front and center, and interacted a lot with Ed ( lead singer) - gave him a pair of beads to wear... Got busted looking at his fly being down **blush** DURING Lakini's Juice and he bends down and shakes his finger at me during the lyric 'Such a Dirty Habit' - and I had alread done the same motion :nice:

Towards the end, of an AWESOME show - played 5 new songs, and played 2 SETS ( so not like them ) , Ed looked down at the group of us in the front - who all know each other from being Super Live Dorks and thanks all of us who have been fans from the beginning, and that we look OLD! :not:

Then, during Dance With You ( which was supposed to be played at my wedding, he pulled me up on stage to sing!!!!!!!!!! :eek3:

Yep, there I was, on stage with my idols, singing in front of 3000 people, looking out at my friends.

I don't think I'll come down from this high, for quite a while..... :eekdance:

The after party was cool, got to chit chat with Ed a lot , Patrick ( who remembered me!!!) and Chad T.
They are so receptive to their fans, and our input.
It was just a great experience, best show I've seen in a long time from them. :nice:
Hopefully someone took pictures of me on stage!!! :shrug:

live is a cool band - very underrated

Yeah.......it was stunning. I was a total deer in headlights :| I tried to act all cool, and my friend said I looked really stunned. :eek3:

Awesome. Sammy Hagar stuck his microphone in my face once during the chorus of Top of the World. I felt pretty good after that. I couldn't imagine being pulled on stage with one of my idols to sing a song. Good times.

Fans are still talking about the LIVE shows from the past few nights! Many got to attend these shows, but others were not so lucky. We're hoping that the lucky fans who got to go to the shows will share their stories so other fans around the world can share in the experience. 8/8/05 - New Album News
We have some exciting new album news to share with everyone. As members of Homespun learned on Friday, LIVE's new album is scheduled for release in Mid-November. Also, the first single off of the album, The River, hits radio airwaves on the 3rd week of September. We have also recently learned that the new album is titled "Songs from Black Mountain." LIVE has been performing a few of the songs off this upcoming album including "The River," "Sofia," "Mystery," and "Love Shines" at their recent concerts.

That ....makes...me.....so .......HAPPY!!!!!! I mean, I really do love each and every one of those guys - and feel almost protective of them in a way, because they get SO much criticism ( from those who still know who they are - it SO frustrates me when people don't know them. :not: ) And I know they have potential do be and do so much more, and I saw that come out of them Sunday night. They had FUN - Ed was crazy again , they pulled people up for the first 'Official' Live Choir! ( and I was part of it :| )'

I have a story to tell them, that's for sure.

AND - I am happier with these new songs that I've been since their 4th album, The Distance To Here.
