I was thinking more along the lines of anything the government regulates ends up f"ed up. Their level of incompetance shouldn't shock anyone. And as far as the illegal immigrants go, who could blame them. They want to come to the US and while the government pretends the door is locked, they are holding the window open. And they think they can secure a nation from terrorists? If terrorist strapped bombs to illegal immigrants, everyone would be dead by now.
