I was wondering if I missed something (not likely, I've watched every episode in the new series at least twice).

This refers to last night's episode.

The exchange with Tigh and Apollo in sickbay where Tigh tells Apollo he's not fit to wear the uniform, and then Apollo says, "Neither are you. This is my father's ship and he'll decide what to do with both of us when he wakes up." Ok we all know what Tigh meant, but what was Apollo talking about? Obviously Tigh is a drunk, but Adama already knows that. Did he make some critical mistake or do something he's going to be getting in trouble for? If so which episode do I need to re-watch?
