The part about the screening, that is. I mean, does that include or exclude all of the people who were sent there and later released without ever being charged?

I didn't see partisan bashing. I also another comic offering. Mind you, the argument could be made that this entire "I heart Gitmo" concept is actually partisan bashing of those who believe that it should be shut down.
