My son-of-a-bitching stupid mother****ing 'taskbar', the little blue strip that's supposed to be on the BOTTOM of your screen, well somehow my dearly beloved one-year old daughter slapped the keyboard until that little blue bar is now on the SIDE of the screen.
Both me and my wife have been trying for about twenty minutes to get it back on the bottom.....you'd think it would be easy, right? maybe right-click and adjust the properties? Nope. nothing, NOTHING has worked. She even lost the log off/switch user button.
HELP before I smash this thing into a million pieces and sell my daughter to the circus!!!!

Click and drag. Mine did that before and I can't remember what I did to fix it, but it's something simple like click and drag.

Assuming you're using windows XP:
Right-click on the taskbar and verify that 'Lock the taskbar' is not checked on the menu that appears; if it is checked, left-click it
That done, drag the taskbar wherever you want it.
If you want to ensure that it's not accidentally moved again, make sure that 'lock the taskbar' is checked once you've moved it into position.

oh god Ras! how many times have you tried to fix a simple thing only to find out it was somthing really basic. Me? I'm the type of guy who thinks most things have a big 'ole complicated explanation. (stupid I know) but thats why I bought myself a 'puter in the first place. It makes things simpler fer me
