there's a working link.. sorry
igofast 06-16-2005, 01:08 PM I've seen it. Weird, but I don't believe in UFO's.
well.. there's over a billion galaxies.. and if you've been watching the science channel lately.. they've had some awesome space coverage... from what i gather there's probably a ton of other little earths all over the place....
the world is'a flat...
either way... if there's someone in the las vegas area... i would be really curious if they could find out more about this self proclaimed prophet... possibly track him down and get him to do it again... ?
igofast 06-16-2005, 01:38 PM There may very well be other life in the universe. If there are other living beings in the universe, they're not doing earth fly-bys.
i think we're interesting enough to visit....
RightWingZealot 06-16-2005, 02:28 PM i think we're interesting enough to visit....
considering how big the universe is.. billions of galaxies you say?.. and the number of earth like planet that would be the inevitable result of so many stars with rocks orbiting them..
What on this planet stands out and would make any civilization want to visit us?
and why do people always assume that any life outside our solar system must be more advanced than us?
Their weapons of war could very well be a board with a nail in it.
:)
well... more advanced... meaning.. there's probably a civilization that has had a lot more time to play with the universe... figure out all the secrets it holds...
but yeah.. i was thinking about it the other day... imagine an earth where dinosaurs still roam around... that would be interesting... although i think rocks are interesting too..
as far as why they would come here... he's proclaiming to be a prophet... so maybe we should try to get in touch with the summoner... just kinda spooky to me - spooky even if it's blasphemous... spooky if it's real....
RightWingZealot 06-16-2005, 02:56 PM I saw a TV show the other day about UFO's in the bible.
it was pretty stupid.
i've seen some stuff on that too.... kinda weird though... if nothing else it says that ppl were describing the same weird phenomena that ppl seem to be seeing today....
I saw something really weird in the sky about 2 years ago... it looked like a huge rectangular cube - transparentish / cloudish looking thing... that travelled diagonally down from the sky way off in the distance... i tend to be somewhat conservative.. so i wouldn't say it was a ufo... just strange phenomena...
RightWingZealot 06-16-2005, 03:41 PM a rectangular cube? that IS strange! :)
CowPunk 06-16-2005, 08:36 PM I saw a TV show the other day about UFO's in the bible.

- Have you heard PETA's claims about Christ being a vegetarian???
Betrade 06-16-2005, 08:39 PM - Have you heard PETA's claims about Christ being a vegetarian???
As if they know.
Come to think of it, according to the Bible, he ate fish, and fish ain't no vegetable!!! He was also known to tilt back some wine from time to time!!!
RightWingZealot 06-16-2005, 11:24 PM Have you heard PETA's claims about Christ being a vegetarian??
never heard that. heh.
He fed the multitudes fish but he wouldnt touch the stuff himself! :D
although according to the bible (if i remember correctly that is) man was vegetarian until after the flood.
Malcolm Wright 06-17-2005, 12:04 AM There may very well be other life in the universe. If there are other living beings in the universe, they're not doing earth fly-bys.
Why not?
That's as arbitrary a statement as it would be to categorically say they ARE doing earth fly-bys.
I'm in a poor position to weigh in one way or another, but considering the many credible eye witnesses who are convinced they saw flying machines not of this earth, I'd advise to consider the jury still out.
These witnesses include astronauts, airline pilots, military men across a broad spectrum of ranks and services, as well as professional civilians who have nothing to gain and everything to lose in divulging what they saw.
M.
I saw that tv clip that someone posted, on the other thread.
It did look impressive, on the surface, but I don't believe it was alien crafts. I don't know what it was, but it didn't pass the smell test.

I have several friends who claim to have seen UFOs, for instance, one man saw one hovering just above the Autobahn as he drove along...
this thing appears to be much larger than first thought...
I'm listening to an Art Bell show at the moment prerecorded...that the prophet Yahweh was on...very interesting... and so far, anything that I've read from his website -- er yahoo group site... seems to hold pretty true to what i've been thinking for a while now...
I've downloaded a bunch of his videos at this point....haven't watched them yet
I was just thinking I do know an old neighbor that i know now lives in Las Vegas... might see about getting in touch with her...to see if she can track this guy down... but i'm not sure if he's in Las Vegas now or in LA ? ... either way... here's a link to more of the content...

Dear List,
Many of you are upset because I am against homosexuality.
You don't like me calling it a self induced form of mental illness.
The homosexual world is a very sick and demented world.
It's very foundation, from the first homosexual act ever, until now, is an act of allegiance to the Devil that's committed without most participants realizing that it is so.

This info was passed on to me through an aquatence who follows this kind of phenomena closely. He was a memeber for a while & was shocked to see the Prophets deranged views.
he also said he used to be a homosexual....
just thought i'd add that tidbit

It still gives him no right to preach hate.
i guess it would depend on if you thought he was preaching on behalf of our creator.... if so i side with the creator... (my 2 cents)

It sure is interesting, I posted about the story in [url=http://www.discussanything.com/forums/showthread.php?t=75815this thread last month.[/url]
Didn't think much of it until I saw the video posted be Betrade, I really don't know what to think of it, it's one of those things that's too good to be true. But one thing we can infer from the video is that the news crew definitely caught some sort of Unidentified Flying Object, aka a UFO. I have seen enough evidence to convince me we've been visited by someone, from somewhere. It sucks that there are so many idiots out there making fake UFO films and stuff like that that tar the real unexplainable events.
He claimed these UFO's he'd be summoning would be visible from June 1st. to July 15th. So far I haven't heard about anything appearing..

Yea I don't understand this either, the Mexican air force incident last year caused a huge stir throughout the world, even the mainstream media covered the story for two weeks. CNN devoted an entire 1 hour prime-time show to it. The synopsis was pretty much that the mysterious flying craft following the Mexican fighters around were something not of this Earth. And then the story fell off the radar.
Here is the link to that story for those that haven't seen it >> http://www.discussanything.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55826

I agree, the funny thing is, is that the best and most well documented cases come from governments and military's from around the globe, not from redneck farmers who drank too much moonshine and got abducted. The history channel has done a series on some of the most credible stories and they are very very interesting, definitely worth checking out.
These witnesses include astronauts, airline pilots, military men across a broad spectrum of ranks and services, as well as professional civilians who have nothing to gain and everything to lose in divulging what they saw.
M.
Yup, one of those astronauts is Gordon Cooper (RIP) who sadly died last year, here's a little of what he said from CNN's obit: "In his post-NASA career, Cooper became known as an outspoken believer in UFOs and charged that the government was covering up its knowledge of extraterrestrial activity.
"I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, which obviously are a little more technically advanced than we are here on Earth," he told a United Nations panel in 1985.
"I feel that we need to have a top-level, coordinated program to scientifically collect and analyze data from all over the Earth concerning any type of encounter, and to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly fashion."
He added, "For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists and astronauts. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us."
http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/space/10/04/gordon.cooper/
There have been countless sightings by airline pilots over the years, but probably even more interesting is what has been picked up by radar operators, military and civilian radar operators have picked up objects that defy our laws of physics.
The times when "UFO's" have shut down US and Russian nuclear silo's are hard to brush off as can be read about here >> http://www.cufon.org/cufon/malmstrom/malm1.htm
I look at that stuff and I see that it is estimated that there are over 70 sextillion stars in the universe (http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/space/07/22/stars.survey/) and I think that the odds of other intelligent life are far better than there being none. And looking at how fast our technology improves, imagine where we'll be able to go in another 100 years? Or a 1000, or a million? Just one hundred years ago the primary mode of transportation was horse drawn buggy. And now we can send little robots to Mars to roam around and collect data for us. I'd say a civilization that has thousands or maybe hundreds, or even millions of years head start on us could easily fly over and check out Earth.

Della April 06-22-2005, 10:42 PM The Borg are coming!
So  !
Anyone seen any more ufos? where I work someone was standing outside and described to me as seeing the same thing that others seem to be seeing? (is this for real?) I'm still waiting on the spaceship to hover over Las Vegas
Quoted from his email that he sent out...
""
IN THE BLESSED AND HOLY NAME OF YAHWEH
Dear pystudents and pyufos,
Last night after the Alan Colmes show, I was contacted by a local mainstream television station about putting me to the test.
They took out more time than I expected to communicate with me about all the details.
They are fully aware that I my summoning event ends tomorrow July 15th.
They said that I am to be on a moment's call, and they will call me letting me know where to come to perform my summons for their cameras.
I told them that I will be there.
My security team and I are just sitting here waiting for the call.
I truly believe a spaceship will appear on this summons!
However, at the very least, I will be documented calling down a magnificent UFO for the cameras of another mainstream TV station to film.
Regardless, if these people call me, I will go out under the skies of Las Vegas, in YAHWEH's name, completely unmoved by the opportunity and only concerned about allowing YAHWEH to reveal Himself as the only concious and living deity in existence.
Let's see if this TV station will call me today or tomorrow.
If not, I will announce the end of my Media-Only Summoning Event 2005.
Mystlet 07-14-2005, 09:18 PM Have the aliens saved us & taken their freak back yet?
LOL - he announced that since the main stream media didn't pick him up.. that he has been told that it'll be next year, during the same time frame... :P
Mystlet 07-15-2005, 04:42 PM LOL - he announced that since the main stream media didn't pick him up.. that he has been told that it'll be next year, during the same time frame... :P How convenient for him. :p
Erhnam 07-16-2005, 02:50 AM I can't find that video of his supposed earlier summoning. I wanted to run some testes on it. I highly suspected something fishing with it. Anyone know where it is?
"There it is, brother!"

Knightowl 01-09-2006, 03:06 AM I saw a TV show the other day about UFO's in the bible.
it was pretty stupid.
Elijah went up into the firey chariot. Sounds like a UFO to me. Maybe the aliens believe in God too. Jesus ascended into a cloud. What would you call a ufo if you had never seen anything in the sky but clouds? You would probably call it a cloud.
well, after following this guys emails for awhile all I can say is I feel sorry for this guy... i'm absolutely not convinced... completely totally unconvinced at this point... seems like he was just trying to get people to send him money...
