From what I understand, if the law changes so that the statute of limitations is removed and no longer applies to older cases, then this @sshole can then be prosecuted ... so I reccommend put any anger to use by lobbying your state lawmakers to re-write the law so that the removal of the statue of limitations is retro-active to the beginning of time. And this @sshole can be thrown in prison.

In Chicago anyone can kill, beat, rape or do anything they want and not see a day of jail time... provided they are an officer of the law. So the way I see it there is no justice at all in the US. :|
