Ok I have a problem. My computer today decides to act up on me, it comes up with an error everytime I try and get one the internet. It says "An exception OE has occurred at 0028:C00313A2 in VxD---. This was called 0028:002F979 in VxD." Please help. I am running 98, my ISP is MSN, and it is a dial up connection. I am running off of my laptop right now. Would like to not have to reinstal windows.

this happen just when launching your ISP, or when you open IE?

it happens when i launch MSN's own browser then i have to press Crtl,Alt,Delete to close it, then I open exporer and it goes into the blue screen.

The funny thing is that it does not do this every time. I am now useing the Desktop and nothing has happened except the closing of MSN.

I think your best bet is to uninstall MSN, restart, reinstall MSN, making sure you back up any personal data in MSN...
