Anyone get addicted to this last summer like me? I'm not the biggest sci-fi buff, but I really like this show and it is coming back on the 5th on USA. So can't wait!

:nice:

Anyone watch the season premiere on sunday? It was really good. A nice follow-up to last season.

We watched some of the last season's marathon and the concept is good, but the acting and continuity are seriously lacking.. .

Yes, I watched it. I think the writing is great! Acting's good too.

I loved the part about the tower. They wrote it so a confined mentally ill character would go back to the future if they built a tower, so she believed. The tower didn't take her back, but it gave another patient his mental facilties back. It turns out he is a neuro-scientist who will be able to make possible the changes in humans that need to be made to change the future. Bit by bit they reveal memories of what it was like there. Since we know it was earth in the future, it will be interesting to know what language the "writing on the wall" is. Will it be western or eastern language. That will tell us what these writers will predict for the near future in terms of who wins wars, etc.

Fun stuff.

The whole tower piece was pretty cool. Except for the overexplaination with the ants and the science lesson.

Melodrama rules a couple of the sub-storylines and it bugged me but not to the point to keep me from watching. (i.e. That freaky dude that got zapped by the baby inutero...he is Father Melodrama)

That kid, BTW, is another Damien. Freakin evil.

....I'll be there this Sunday. ;)

So what did you think of the baseball player turned mole?
I felt really bad for the way things ended for him... I hope we hear from poor Gary again, but you never know.

Yeah, that whole scene was sad seeing him suffer then get taken advantage of by the authorities like that (some decent acting). The writing could have been better as the way it played out in the conference room was kinda dorky (That mob boss guy is really a nerd).

Let's see what happens tonight!

Good episode last night. The Kyle black-outs have me stumped. Do you suppose Shawn was taken by mistake and Kyle was really supposed to go?

Unfortunately, I missed the whole episode. *dangit* but I caught the very end when Jordan finally got to see the baby...he seemed just a wee bit excited. ;)

So Kyle's having blackouts, huh? I thought Kyle did go too though? I didn't se the first season, but I just remember that Kyle is supposed to be some sort of key.

RE: Kyle... he was a key to telling the people of the present about the plans of those from the future... btu what is role is now is really up in the air. I have no idea. He is not one of the 4400, but he still will be a part of it all, somehow.

And Jordan and the baby together... I thought she would take him apart. Interesting development.

What do you guys think?

Is Jordan really dead?

Dead as fried chicken. And it was the baby's fault. She gave him the image of being fine at an Old AGE~she gave him the image falsely. WoW!!

That baby is a trip. Not sure this whole "save the future" idea is the truth because she is evil.

Thomas' new "wife" is total babe! I just had to mention that. ;)
