I noticed recently that I have a very strict but unintentional showering routine. When I'm soaping up, it's always the same body parts in order. And when I dry off, it's the same way. I wonder if there are parts of me that are dirty because of oversights in my routine.....

When I shower, I usually shower pretty long, and there's no routine at all.

I have a very specific routine ... it is very important that I stick to it that is how I can keep the showers under 15 min. I mean I am a girl and all. But yeah I have a routine and if it is messed up the whole shower is thrown off ... it is very true Jastang

Head to foot rinse
Head to foot wash
Head to foot rinse.

I shower once every day ... well, unless I forget to.

I shower like 2 times a day ... when I wake up and then when I go out... I normally shower when i wake up and since I do not like not being 100% fresh when "the sex" is at hand, I shower when I get home from the office b/4 I go out with my man and friends. So I shower like 2twice a da.

I shower in the morning, before work. On days with no work I try to shower just before I get really really offensive. .... But then again, I'm good like that.

i shower every mornin for about 10 mins, same exact routine every time too. on days i'm not in a rush (day's i dont have school) i take about 15 mins. then i shower after soccer games jus to get that icky, nasty feelin outta me. showers are my favorite part of the day in the winter cuz im so cold when i wake up for some reason. then i get in the shower and its all warm :)

3. cup my balls

I shower about 3 times a day...more if Im going out.....once when I get up, once when I get home from a tough day of learning and once before i sleep. I have a weird cleanliness thing going on.

My showers last for at least 20 minutes (naughty me!)

I think I need to add weeping for humanity however....since I dont have balls to cup and all.

i recently had this same sort of conversation in my psych class when we were talking about rituals/compulsive behaviors.
when i shower i always wash my hair first ,then conditoner , wash my body always stomach first then the right side of my body then the left.then i shave right to left and rinse the conditoner out of my hair.same thing every time.

and after i shower....thats a whole nother ritual...oi

Ya, but I think that the whole ball cupping thing is a whole new cumpulsion I didn't mention.

sometimes I pee in the shower.

i pee in the shower every goddamn morning. i start the tap going, piss while it's warming up, so by the time i step in all the pee is gone.
that's the plus of being able to piss at something from the other side of the room.

Hmmm....So, if you're not in the shower yet, why not just use toilet.

I use the shower for residuals left over from my big manly morning piss.

Isn't it overkill to shower more than once a day (unless you work in the outdoors)? I read you deplete your own body's natural oils or some such!

I have a routine and I get all funked up if I do not stick to it, I am obsessive compulsive though. :) I take longer in the shower than I do out to get ready and go.

During the summer, I find myself showering more than once a day. It's Texass and it's hot as hell, plus I go swim or just 'play' outside or whatever. :p

You're not supposed to wash your hair daily either. I can't stick to that! Argh! I don't feel clean if I don't wash my head.

I always want to make sure that I smell good when I go out so I make sure to shower b/4 I go to work and b/4 I go out to "play" with my friends. So, I shower and change my clothes 2 times a day.

I don't remember who said that they shower three times a day, but DAMN! Can you imagine how someone from a third-world country would see that? Those people who shower once a week and do it in the same river that they crap in. You would probably be hung some places for bathing three times a day!

That's what I think. I start the shower and go pee in the toilet. Both are separate.

In my younger years I would do both at once, but now that my am praticaly blind with out my glasses, my aim is WAY off, and I don't trust myself anymore.
