It is not my job nor do I have the time to investigate and "prove beyond a reasonable doubt" that Dumya is in bed with big oil and could give a sh-t about the environment. This is not a court of law. If I were to hold this to the same standards of the American Criminal Justice System then it is really more like you are guilty until you can prove your innocence. Innocent until proven guilty is only for those with enough wealth or clout to succesfully manipulate the criminal justice system.
