i thought there would be a poll here... but yes. Every dollar should be subject to the same scrutiny as a multi-national corporation, as required under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

The national government should also create yearly financial statements, just like publicly traded companies must do. This would allow for proper supervision by the citizens, who are routinely taken advantage of.
