NEW YORK, N.Y. - With just 78 cents in his savings account and $44,000 owed to creditors, parking attendant Juan Rodrigues plunked down $1 on a lottery ticket. Good thing he wasn't pinching pennies: He won a $149 million lottery jackpot.

Usually, if it's not a bloke like THIS, or the gal in California...that was just about to be put outta her motel quarters when SHE hit it big....
It's that nightclub owner fella (In Texas, I think) that ALREADY was set for life with his income....and the wastrel to this very day runs around with his winnings in briefcases & gets 'em ripped off from his trucks & stuff. :|
I wish THIS winner well.....kinda....but I ALSO wish that MY ship'd one day come in, too! ;)
