Hello Everyone

I have done some research on this issue and it is my conclusion that our growing dependence on factory farm and processed food and drinks, including junk food is what is causing an epidemic. Some 67% of Americans are overweight and about more than a 35% are obese. Incidence od cancer (one in three), chilhood asthma, autism, diabetes a host of autoimmune diseases and neurological problems are on the rise.

There are solid scientific research done on the long term adverse effects of hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated oils, chemical additives and diet additives like aspartame/nutrasweet/sucralose, addition of flouride and chlorine in water, mercury in dental amalgum and children vaccines, genetically modified food, and such (search google). But very few of this ever see the daylight of mainstream corporate media. All such chemical dirupts the human body's fine hormone-enzyme secretions that control everything from natural metabolism to digestion, health of organs, control of free radicals, acid-alakaline balance to elimination. We are not even aware how our immunity and health gets compromised everyday.

Many alternative treatments and cure for cancer and terminal illness are ridiculed and suppressed by the profit driven drug and health industry.

Now the bottomline is it is your life and your body. Make the right choices. :nice:

I concur. All that I have read says the same things you are. The profit driven drug companies don't want us to know and neither does the mainstream media. However, it looks, at this point, like there isn't a whole lot we can do about it.
