did these man sighn and agree to the geneva convections? no. its like saying that any mob with guns is under the geneva. seems illogical to me.
they can have their own little "rules of engagement" but thats more of a moral/ethical code rather than a international rule. many muslims also are proihbited from killing women/children during war. but again, if al caprone had a moral code to feed POWs, does that put him under the geneva? :|

I don't know why you hate our military so much,but you do have a real bad problem with it. And you should be under care of doc or thrown out of USA if not insane.

I'm very angry about the whole war . I hope they don't send my son back. Since he will have the same poitically correct to hold back defence or be blasted by media . I never thought I'd see two vietnams in one lifetime !

Because "our" troops don't *HAVE* to go. Even after they enlist they can refuse. But they take the easy way out because they want to be heros, they don't want to use their own minds and face the reality that their war is hurting their country. They just want to "do a job" (of killing people) and they know they will come home to adulation for it.

They're not OUR troops anymore, they are the politicians' troops.

I guess I have a problem with "I have to defend our troops" No you dont have to defend them if what the are engaged in is stupid. They have long memories, these fascists. As I recall. the Crusades ended in 1290. We're really sorry that a seven hundred years ago a bunch of Europeans responded aggressively to the sack of Jerusalem by a mob of Muslim savages. The Muslims weren't exactly shrinking violets. They had spent the prior several hundred years grabbing a lot of territory that wasn't theirs. Perhaps the Europeans were still smarting over the Muslim onslaught at Tours four hundred years earlier.
