Let's start with Munich Germany.
I was working in Germany as a dishwasher in Garmisch-Partenkirchen living in a one-room apartment that shared a toilet and shower with the rest of the building. While out drinking after a skateboard contest I had entered, I met some people from Munich who had also entered in the contest. We got to talk and got really **** faced together, in a good way. What I mean was that my money wasn't good in that bar after we started drinking together. Well to make a long story short, I got an invite and offered a place to live up in Munich. Needless to say, I took the offer. Besides, I wanted to get out of where I was cause the job sucked and me and my boss where on the fritz.
Well, it was about 2 weeks before I actually left for Munich and Asian exchange student I had met and became good friends with said ok to taking me up to Munich. Although he demanded no money, I still left 100 DM in his glove box while he was fueling up. :) The guy who had invited me up said it would be easiest to me at the Munich hauptbahnhof and then from their follow to his place. And it was. We arrived in the Giesing section of Munich and pulled up to the apartment building that I would call home for awhile.
Well, we unloaded my stuff into another tiny apartment, and I bid good bye to my friend. I hope he got pulled over, cause that might be the only way he would have found the 100 DM :D.
